How Can You Join?
Download the membership application form (in PDF format) complete it, and mail it with your cheque to:

Or, simply drop a note with your address, and your payment, to the address above, or bring it to one of our regular meetings.
The membership year of the Rideau Valley Field Naturalists runs from September 1st through August 31st of the following year.
Your membership includes:
- association with a group of people in your area that are interested in preserving our natural heritage,
- participating in educational and/or recreational outings and hikes,
- regular meetings with guest speakers from many walks of life, knowledgable in their field, including University professors from Ottawa, Kingston and Montreal
- regular newsletter (The Wannigan) mailed to all members and to affiliate clubs within the area. Where e-mail addresses are on file, last minute changes in schedules or events are sent to members by e-mail.
Membership Fees are:
- Family - $30.00
- Single - $20.00
- Student - $5.00
- Institutional - $30.00
New Members are always welcome. Non-members are invited to attend our meetings to hear our guest speaker for a fee of $5.00 per meeting. This fee is credited towards membership if the visitor becomes a member at a subsequent meeting. After April 1st, new memberships are extended to include the following membership year.
